Well, what that means for you is that we are so confident in our ability to get you a qualified tenet efficiently that we actually do not collect any funds from you up front. We actually wait until we have secured everything for you, done all the work upfront after the tenant has been screened, secured, they're paying their funds and they're coming in to get their keys and pay their first month's rent. Only then do we actually go ahead and take our fee out at that time, so you can rest easy knowing that you don't have to pay us anything until all the work is done, everything's secured and you're actually ready to start getting your rental income coming in.
