What exactly does this mean for you?
This means that if damages to the property exceed the amount of the security deposit, we guarantee up to $1000 above and beyond the security deposit for any pet-related damages. We find that this helps give landlords peace of mind about allowing tenants with pets in their property.

There is no catch! However, this is where our Pet Screening Standards come into play.
It is vitally important that landlords and property managers stay on top of best practices to avoid lawsuits and maintain happy tenants. For example, if you keep up with laws and legislation associated with rental properties, you may know that as of January 2020, HUD released the new “Assistance Animal Notice” as it relates to assistance animals vs. pets. This is a no-shortcut pet and assistance animal screening company. The addition of this service does not cost our Full-Service Management clients anything! It provides assistance animal accommodation request validation through legal and FHA/HUD guideline review process. In addition to this, they provide household pets and their owners with a complete digital Pet Profile. The risk-scoring system takes into account breed, weight, age, vaccination records, behavioral history, and much more.
